Don't try to cover your tracks, Barney

Barney Frank is one of those politicians that always makes my head shake in disbelief when I hear him speak on T.V. This guy spent years pimping government subsidized home loans and protecting Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Now Frank has the audacity to tell us "the Poor Should Rent, Not Own." ARRRGGGHHHH!

Frank is one of the main culprits of the housing collapse. He always gets a free pass because he's a Democrat. At least his buddy Chris Dodd is going down but Frank always manages to slime his way out of things.

Sorry, VH, but I think you're smacking Barney for the wrong reason.

I agree that he's one of the major political forces behind the housing bubble and the resulting problems. But that's all the more reason to be glad that he now realizes that people too poor to own should rent.

Sorry KP but he had better than a decade to figure out that "poor people" should rent.

He's a United States Congressman he should have already known that. These people need to have their heads examined for the heinous acts of stupidity they have committed.

Guys like Dodd and Barney have been trying to hide CRA - Community Reinvestment Act for years and hoping that no one discovers it and realizes what a scam all of this really is.
