Despite what you hear from environmentalists and "population bomb" scare mongers, in more and more countries,
women are having fewer children than the number required to keep populations stable. The fertility rate has fallen below replacement level all across Europe, Russia, and Japan. The Malhusian catastrophe doesn't seem to be
unfolding as many continue to predict.
