Looks like a partial victory with the administration saying they will drop the public option on healthcare!

Yeah, I noticed that today from a couple of articles I read. But, I don't know if I trust this administration to drop this ponzi scheme so soon. Color me skeptical.

There is no way I trust this administration. One way or another the government will be further involved.

I liken whatever they do agree to will be just a smaller step towards a single payer system, but a step none the less.

Hilarious. I especially like the portrait of Marx in the background.

About the Bill(s)... even without the 'public option' there's enough left to scare any right-thinking person. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be too many of those in Congress right now.

Let's hope the pressure stays high throughout the summer to kill this thing entirely. Tort reform, de-regulation of the insurance business and medical care, and most especially killing the nascent idea that health care is a right are the keys to successful 'reform'.

Anything else is social suicide.

DEAR GOD.

This is why I don't want government healthcare.
